Michelle Ingram

Michelle Ingram is a self-taught glass artist, working with fused glass for seven years. Why Glass? In her own words, “Glass is a natural resource which I like to believe I am fusing and channeling life into my heritage and past.”

Most of  Michelle’s work focuses on African Tribes and their spiritual and lifestyle legacy.  She chooses to represent  African Art as a way to connect with her heritage. In Michelle’s previous art endeavor, she designed fashionable jewelry for 15 years. Today Michelle takes her love of gemstones and fused glass and taps into the ancient to respond to the contemporary. Michelle maintains a studio in the St. Petersburg Warehouse Arts District.
