More Information

New in 2023...

ArtJones has broadened its horizons and created art community clusters. As we did last year, this year we are clustering our artists so visitors have fewer stops, but will see more artwork. Each of our 11 studio locations will host anywhere from 2 to 4 artists. Art stops will be located both inside and outside of area artist studios.

In 2023 ArtJones is a rotation of 28 professional artists at 11 locations throughout downtown Gulfport, from the waterfront arts district to Gulfport Boulevard, up 49th Street and along Tangerine. We are inviting exceptional artists from St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay region to join us on this tour - local is regional and regional is local! Our Emerging Artist and scholarship program is back! Thanks to the Enroy Foundation and private donations by the Forde family, 2023 ArtJones welcomes three emerging and scholarship artists. We aim to lift up artists on the ascent of their career and help those who need a little bit extra boost. These emerging artists shine above the rest and show great promise in their craft. This year's winners are silversmith Ashley Wix and sculptor Ashley Rivers, both of whom are showing at STOP #1, Brenda McMahon Gallery. Graphic artist Riley Pitzen will be showing at STOP #4 with Ray Domingo.

If you're jonesing for art - come get satisfied at the 7th Annual ArtJones Open Studio Tour.

We are eager to see you. Our brochures will be available In mid October, both online and in local shops. Get ready for one of the most fun treasure hunts throughout the brick-lined streets and back alleys of Gulfport. Stay tuned for another great open studio event.
